Shipping Method:
For International Customers: We use USPS First Class International/Priority International mail to ship out all wallets for a starting at a flat rate of $7.25 and the shipping time frame may take anywhere between 10-40 days to arrive to your home, depending on weather, custom clearance, etc. There is no tracking ID for First Class International or Priority International mail method. If you would like to have a tracking ID, there will be an additional fee of $38 to upgrade the package from First Class/Priority Mail to Express Mail. Express Mail takes anywhere between 3-10 days to arrive to your home.
For Domestic Customers: We use USPS First Class shipping method starting at a flat rate of $5.75
Order Time Frame:
All wallets are made to order, and the turn around time for us to ship
out the wallet is within 2-3 weeks upon receiving payments.
Return Policy:
Wallet(s) can be return for a full refund in an unworn/original condition within 7 business days upon receiving the goods. Please contact us for additional questions or concerns at info @chestermox.com
Personalization:
Orders for personalized items cannot be
returned/refunded.
