Shipping & Handling

1) All of our products are made-to-order, and the current lead time is between 1-2 weeks.

2) We use USPS as our shipping service for Domestic and International orders.

3) We will provide you tracking info when the item(s) is/are ready to leave our shop:

   a) All items shipped out to customers within the US (Domestic) will have tracking info.

   b) International Customers:

- Please provide us your phone number for Custom purposes. 

- First Class International: If you selected this shipping method, there will be no tracking number or insurance. The delivery time frame is between 5-20 days, depending on custom clearance of your home country.

- Registered Airmail: If you selected this shipping method, there will be tracking number and insurance. The delivery time frame is between 5-35 days, depending on custom clearance of your home country.

- Express Mail: If you selected this shipping method, there will be tracking number and insurance. The delivery time frame is between 3-10 days, depending on custom clearance of your home country.

Returns

1) Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date. Please e-mail us at info@chestermox.com to request a return/exchange. Merchandise to be returned/exchanged must be in its original, unused condition. Otherwise, it will be rejected.

***Please note: any special discount code given can't be use for exchanging items***

2) Customers will be responsible for any shipping fee associated with the return/exchange (except for defective items).

3) Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will refund the money in full minus shipping fee (shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances, except for defective items).

4) Personalized articles are unique, therefore, they cannot be returned or exchanged; unless the item is defective/mis-spelled made by our company.

Warranty:
We have a limited 1 year warranty on all of our products. If within the one year time frame from date of purchase, should the thread unraveled, break, or falls apart, please send us photos of the wallet to take a look and we will provide you with further information. We will restitch the wallet free of charge. Customers will be responsible for any shipping fees involved (Domestic & International customers).

Warranty will be immediately voided if there is an attempt to fix any issue by anyone other than Chester Mox.
