  Our return and exchange policy allows customers to initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order. Please be aware that only products from our IN-STOCK category qualify for a refund or exchange.

   It is crucial to note that items purchased on our website with issues related to belt size, personalization, or special requests—such as specific leather color combinations, absence of a logo, personalized details, and thread color preferences—are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Due to the unique nature of these products, we are unable to offer them for resale.

   Please be advised that any shipping fees paid by the customer will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping fees. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will apply to items being returned for a refund.
